Program description

Da Bomb Grenade uses SMS to send appointment-related messages to customers who book a service with us. Messages include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule notifications, cancellation confirmations, and follow-up care instructions.

How to opt in

By providing your mobile phone number during the booking process and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Da Bomb Grenade related to your appointment. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you may book without opting in to SMS.

Message frequency

You may receive up to 4 messages per booking (confirmation, reminder, any reschedule/cancellation, and a follow-up). Frequency depends on your activity.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Da Bomb Grenade does not charge for SMS messages.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the email below.

Supported carriers

Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
