• Booking details: appointment date/time, service selected, and any notes you share.
• Payment info: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Account info: if you sign up, your email and authentication data.

How we use it

• Schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments.
• Send transactional emails and SMS (confirmations, reminders, cancellations, reschedules, follow-ups).
• Process deposits and payments.
• Respond to questions you send us.
• Improve our services and keep our systems secure.

SMS messaging

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS data is used solely to send the appointment-related messages you opted in to receive. See our SMS Terms for opt-in and opt-out details.

Who we share with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, under contract:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Twilio — SMS delivery.
• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, email delivery.
• Google Calendar — appointment scheduling.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Data retention

We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Contact below).

Your choices

• Email: unsubscribe links are included in promotional emails. Transactional emails (booking confirmations) cannot be opted out of while you have an active appointment.
• SMS: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Access & deletion: contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

Security

We use industry-standard security including TLS encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, and limited access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
